The Aged Amber Apera is limited release only available at Cellar Door and online. It is crafted predominantly from the Palomino grape, with rich and nutty characteristics that are woven into an aged textured framework, matched by elevated spirit characters and a long dry finish.

MORRIS Australian Single Malt Whisky, whilst matured in a combination of barrels from the Coonawarra and Barossa, primary maturation is achieved in ex-Australian red wine barrels, then finished in casks which have held award winning Morris Apera (Sherry) fortified wine.
