30mL MORRIS Australian Single Malt Muscat Barrel 46%
15mL Quince infusion
20mL Muna and Eucalyptus cordial
10mL Citric solution
Method
Build all in a mixing glass.
- Shake over ice
- Pour & strain in a chilled old fashioned short glass
- Garnish with a lemon peel perfume or red wine float
