Enjoy sipping on six generations of craftsmanship in winemaking, blending and aging with this Sherry Barrel bundle of Morris of Rutherglen Aged Amber Apera wine and MORRIS Australian Single Malt Whisky Sherry Barrel 46% ABV finish and pairing.

The Aged Amber Apera is limited release only available at Cellar Door and online. It is a rich and complex aged full flor fino fortified wine, with an average blended age of approx. 20 years, crafted predominantly from the Palomino grape. Extracted from flor yeast and matured in barrels for many years to develop fullness and nutty characters. Enjoy as an aperitif alongside aged cheeses, or complementing spiced dishes.

MORRIS Australian Single Malt Whisky, whilst matured in a combination of barrels from the Coonawarra and Barossa, primary maturation is achieved in ex-Australian red wine barrels, then finished in casks which have held award winning Morris Apera (Sherry) fortified wine.
