The Australian Whisky Embassy is back for round three... On Saturday 6 September, Bar Tilda welcomes our Head Distiller, Darren Peck, for an intimate evening of bold flavours, barrel experiments and the stories behind one of Australia’s most celebrated whisky makers.

Hosted by Christian Blair and the Bar Tilda team, you’ll taste five pours (rare releases included!) a bonus dram, Morris cocktails and curated canapés.
