Ingredients
60mL 36 SOUTH Australian Whisky
fresh lemon
10mL Ginger syrup
10mL Honey
Dash malt vinegar
MORRIS Smoked Sherry Barrel Whisky
Method
1. Pour all ingredients into a tumbler with ice
2. Shake vigorously
3. Pour & strain into a chilled low ball glass, over ice
4. Finish with a splash of MORRIS Smoked Sherry Barrel Whisky
5. Garnish with candied ginger
