Ingredients

60mL Signature Whisky

15mL PX Sherry or similar alternative

1 dash of Angostura Aromatic Bitters

1 dash of Orange bitters

Ice

Method

1.      Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir

2.      Strain into a cocktail glass

3.      Spray orange oils on top and garnish with orange peel
